Plates captured on digital round-about New Orleans. Today we have South Carolina: The Palmetto State.
Very impossible to read when the plate is in the shade.
The blue and orange sunset motif obscures the numbers.
Much better in full sunlight.
And it's okay in partial light.
Second handsomest plate, although the moon should be in the upper left corner.
In GOD we trust.
Less said, the better.
